Mary Ann and Miss Mozart by Ann Turnbull

I thought this book was really good, because it has a good variation of characters.  I have got another of the Historical House set, called Lizzies Wish, by Adele Geras.  I think that it works well, the way that they have 3 different authors, Ann Turnbull, Adele Geras and Linda Newbery, writing the set, as they share the jobs out.  It is also really good how they follow that one house, No. 6 Chelsea Walk, and the lives of the extraordinary people who have lived in it throughout its history.  I would give this book 10 out of 10, because it has an amazing storyline, and is a great read!!!!!

It was quite interesting. It didn’t appeal to me.

It was old fashioned - not very good could have done better!!!!!!!!

It was rubbish for me because I don’t like opera and it was about a woman who wanted to do opera, but children or adults might like it depending if they like opera.

It’s quite interesting and it was not funny.

Jojo, Brora Primary

It was interesting but there was no funny or cool things in it.

I'm lost for words but I can say this: It's not very good.

Maybe it’s because I am a boy but I found this book very slow and far too talkative. The heroine was extremely stuck-up and annoying and the incessant singing was really frustrating. However it might appeal to girls as all the main characters are female and therefore easier to empathise with.
