I thought Apache was an amazing
read based on real life. The story is told through the eyes of a girl warrior.
This is a very moving and powerful book.
I thought that this book was
really good. It had a good story line and made you want to keep reading. Best
book so far out of the Highland Book Awards.
This book has to win!! I don't
read an awful lot but this book kept me hooked from start to finish with the
harrowing tales of Siki. Tanya Landman is a fantastic author and it shows really
well in this book. She uses wording of the Apache tribe and has captured their
ways well. I have never read such an interesting, inspirational book in my life
and am keen to find another book like this and I sincerely hope there is a
follow up on the life of Siki, the Black mountain Apache tribe, her father and
her unborn child. I would recommend this book to anyone over 12 who wants a
fantastic read. Let her WIN!!
The book was very well written
with an exciting plot and interesting, realistic characters. The settings are
described in great detail and it is clear that the writer has done a lot of
research. The only thing that bothered me about the book was that it ended very
abruptly and it was sort of like “Where's the last chapter?”
It was really good and exciting
although I did guess some of the plot line. I think the author killed off too
many characters but overall it was a brilliant book.
It was brilliant!! I could
hardly put it down.
I liked the book because I
thought it was funny a parts and sad at parts and it was mixed emotions and I
didn’t like it because when Shara went to hell..
I thought that the book 'Apache'
was one of the best books I have EVER read. The book really made you feel like
the character and the descriptions were amazing.

read for the book awards this year I think this has been the best!!!!!!

could read over and over again. At the beginning I was a bit confused as
to what was going on but halfway through Apache I could hardly put it down
10/10!!!!"
The storyline and characters
were fantastic!
The book was good because there
was lots of action but eventually got interesting when the plot completely
changes twice. The book wants to make you keep on reading.
